RETURN POLICY

All returns must meet the following guidelines in order for the Return Policy to apply.If you received your product damaged. Please read here for guidelines and instructions on how to resolve this issue. This is would not be considered a return.

Guidelines:

1. All product returns require the original order number.

  • You can find your order number on the invoice, under the Confirmation Number

2. The invoice form from the package you received.

3. The products in new and unused condition.

4. All returns must occur within 30 days of receipt.  

5. If you are returning to the US fulfillment center, please be sure to email support@bestself.co to receive an RMA number.

6. Write your RMA number visibly on the box. If you do not, your order will be returned to sender.

Returns & Refunds:

All products that are unused  can be returned to our Best Self Fulfillment center postmarked within 30 days of receipt.

  • We do not supply return labels for returns.
  • Returns for refund will be refunded less shipping
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after arriving at the fulfillment center

Disclaimers:

Products that are received by Best Self in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected.

  • Any product not purchased from Bestself.
  • Any product which appears tampered, customized, or altered in any way.
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage.
  • Any products that has been used.

Write the Return Authorization Number clearly and visibly on the outside of your returned package. Returns that do not have a RMA written on the outside of the package will not be opened and will be returned to sender. (This only applies to US orders)

Please be sure to include your invoice with your return. There is a 30 day return policy and you may not return used merchandise. Please be sure the product is UNOPENED.  We also do not supply return labels for returns. Please email us at support@bestself.co if you have questions.
