You make the most out of every situation!
All returns must meet the following guidelines of BestSelf Co. Return Policy to apply.
NOTE: If you received your product damaged this is would not be considered a return. Please read here for guidelines and instructions on how to resolve this issue.
1. All product returns require the original order number.
- You can find your order number on the invoice, under the Confirmation Number
2. The invoice form from the package you received.
3. The products in new and unused condition.
4. All returns must occur within 30 days of receipt.
5. If you are returning to the US fulfillment center, please be sure to email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an RMA number.
6. Write your RMA number visible on the box. If you do not, your order will be returned to sender.
Returns & Refunds:
All products that are unused can be returned to our BestSelf Co. Fulfillment center postmarked within 30 days of receipt.
- We do not supply return labels for returns.
- Returns for refund will be refunded less shipping
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after arriving at the fulfillment center
Products that are received by BestSelf Co. in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected.
- Any product not purchased from the BestSelf Co. website. (Amazon or other 3rd Party purchases must be returned where it was purchased.)
- Any product which appears tampered, customized, or altered in any way.
- Any product that exhibits physical damage.
- Any products that have been used.
Pushing ourselves out of our comfort zones is something we believe has incredible benefits, particularly if done for the full 30 days. But if for any reason you feel like the program is not for you we can offer a full refund if you request one within 7 days after the program's start.

Return Shipping Information
If you are from the US, Canada, or China please send your returns to:

Write the Return Authorization Number clearly and visibly on the outside of your returned package.
Returns that do not have an RMA written on the outside of the package will not be opened and will be returned to sender. (This only applies to US orders)
